She's not scary at all, but these pasties are! Lady Lucerne wore these at the Slipper Room's Hot Box Burlesque in August of 2008, as part of her Big Wheel-lovin' routine to "Fat Bottomed Girls." Awesome!

The 411 on Pasties
Pasties are adhesive coverings applied to a person’s nipples. Pasties vary in size, shape, design, material, and color. They are usually applied with a special glue, spirit gum, or various tapes.
Pasties are worn by many neoburlesque performers. Burlesque pasties may also feature tassels, which can be twirled by the performer, although many other materials are used to customize and personalize performers’ pasties.
